The matchy service — the matchy.fans website and the mobile application — is published on a non-professional basis by a private individual, under article 1-1 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) of 21 June 2004.

The service is free. It carries no advertising, sells no data and generates no revenue.

The publisher’s full identity is held by the website host, as required by law, and may be disclosed to the judicial authority on request.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).

Service data is stored with Supabase Inc., on servers located in the European Union.

Emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a French company based in Paris.

Intellectual property

The editorial texts, illustrations, photographs, visual design and code of the service are protected by copyright, which applies without any registration formality. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content published by users remains theirs. See article 6 of the terms of use.

Reporting content

Any content can be reported from within the app, in three taps, with no justification required. Reports may also be sent to contact@matchy.fans.
